We ship almost everywhere in Canada and in the United States. Some exclusions apply, such as the Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska.
You may not be at home during delivery. This will be at the discretion of the carrier if the person leaves the package on your doorstep or returns it to the nearest Fedex center. In this case, he will leave you a note telling you where to collect your order.
We take the quality of our packaging very seriously and ensure adequate testing and certifications are done so that your products are delivered in good condition. An order is normally dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please allow two to seven business days for delivery. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You will be able to follow your order via the carrier's website with your tracking number.
If your order contains more than one product, you may not receive your entire order the same day or it may be delivered in more than one box. To know in advance the number of boxes that will be sent to you, there will be as many boxes as tracking numbers. You will receive these tracking numbers when confirming your order by email.

We put every effort into the quality and design of our products to please our customers. You may change your mind or be dissatisfied with your purchase. At that point, you have 30 days after receiving your order to return it. However, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition in which you received it. We may ask photo evidence to verify the condition of the product before approving the return.
All returns, once approved by our customer service team, will be shipped at the buyer’s expense and returned to our warehouse located at 3175 Des Entreprises, Terrebonne, QC, J6X 4J9.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are a final sale and therefore non-refundable.
